Sun Risers Hyderabad  also are having a dream run. Their last game against Kolkata Knight Riders saw the first century of Indian Premier League 2023.  English sensation Harry Brook scored the first century of the Tata Indian Premier League 2023 with a 55 ball century to comfortably post a winning target of 228. The Sun Risers Hyderabad  has been a different team after Aiden Markaram joined the team as their full time captain. Team after their initial back to back losses has come back strong with 2 wins in a row.

Both wins have been convincing against the Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders and batting has helped them win both games. While their bowling didnot click in their last game, Sun Risers Hyderabad will not be too worried as their team now is a well balanced side with bat and ball. While all their batsmen has contributed in one of the 4 games played, Mayank Agarwal has been the weakest link and if his form is back, Sun Risers Hyderabad team can fancy inflicting upsets in the tournament. An additional spinner might have been a better option. Mumbai Indians will be extremely happy with veteran Piyush Chawla’s form who has been bowling his very best. Though Kolkata Knight Rider’s opener Venkatesh Iyer hit the bowlers to all parts of the ground, and made the 2nd century of IPL, later Mumbai Indians were able to pull back the game and restrict kkr under 200. This will give lots of positive to the bowling unit.

Rohit Sharma took a break from captaincy with an upset stomach which helped Suryakumar Yadav to captain the side and this helped Suryakumar to regain his form. Along with Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan also regained form and played an useful knock.  Mumbai Indians convincing win over Kolkata Knight Riders will set the cat amongst the pigeon in the other team camps
